We were shown a physical sample beside the existing floor. That changed our mind about the colour, fortunately before production.”

“The reason for ordering replacement wardrobe fronts was simple: we wanted to update the room while keeping the sound existing carcasses. The solution was not simple, though. Because the room is in Santa Pola, we asked specifically about sunlit rooms; it was covered in the proposed sequence. We were given two sensible routes, with the cost difference explained, and chose without feeling rushed. The finish has been easy to maintain, which mattered to us as much as the appearance.”
